We recently went to watch the Betws Y Coed Community Drama Group perform their 2021 pantomime of 'Peter Pan'. It was a great production and fun was had by all, as well as raising much needed funds for Tŷ Gobaith.

Conwy Arts Trust made a donation to the group to help with lighting costs and the feedback was that it made a real difference. They said,

"Lots of hard work, but so worth it. The kids in it are particularly amazing, and seeing how much they enjoy it makes it all worthwhile. As well as raising money for an excellent cause of course!

We were so lucky to be able to get through the rehearsals and performances without being too badly impacted by covid. A difficult decision to make back in August whether to go for it, and we’re so glad we did.

The money from Conwy Arts Trust provided the lighting, and it really did make such a difference to the show to be able to have better lighting. Without the money, this would have come from our profits, meaning less money for Tŷ Gobaith. So thank you!"
